Condıtıons
Please
read the following terms and conditions prior to booking
an inspection trip. By booking an inspection trip you
comply with the following:
1-A maximum of two adult
persons are allowed per inspection trip.(Those applicants
who will travel with their childs as accompanying person
upon request)
2-The total Inspection Trip
is free of charge.This means a) accommodation in hotel
with fullboard in Turkey, b) airport transfers from/to
hotel c) daily property viewing trips d)legal and
financial support
3-Inspection trips are
booked for a maximum of four nights/five days.
4-All inspection trip
applications will be subject to qualification according to
relative financial requirements and other criteria.
5- A full refund of up to
300 EUR each on flight tickets, (max 2 persons per
inspection trip) offer applies only if client purchase a
new property from us(our projects) including from our
partners.(other projects from other builders).This offer
applies only when a sale is agreed and signed from both
parties.
6-Once the hotel has been
booked, changes of any kind to dates or names are
prohibited without prior notice. Any changes made to
issued hotel booking will result in the immediate
cancellation of the inspection trip and the full cost of
the inspection trip ( accommodation and transfers) will be
charged from the client.
7-If the client chooses to
cancel their inspection trip after the hotel has been
booked, the client will be charged the balance of the
accommodation and transfer costs.
8-Clients will be booked in
hotels associated with Your Home in Turkey only, and will
be allocated subject to availability.
9-All accommodation is
booked on full board basis.
10-Clients are booked into
one double or one twin room; requests for 2 single rooms
may incur an additional cost.
11-The client must allow
enough time for check in and pay attention to local
airport directives. Your Home in turkey shall have no
liability in the event of failure by the client to check
in on time.
12-Your Home in turkey is
not liable for any flight/destination or time changes made
directly by the airlines. It is the responsibility of the
client to confirm flight details and times with the
airline.
13-Clients are themselves
responsible for compliance with the respective immigration,
passport and visa regulations.
14-If a passenger does not
manage to attend an inspection trip due to own negligence,
fault or responsibility, then the passenger will be
charged the balance of the accommodation and transfer
costs. |
